Once a project has begun, I work with the Client to make sure they are happy and understand what we are doing at each step, and make sure we have all the information we need from them. I also work with the creative team to schedule work across multiple projects, and make sure they have everything they need.
There are no boxes into which we have to fit ourselves or our work. Learning is constant and supported. We’re a funny bunch but we work hard to produce seriously good work.

I’m from Wellington originally, so I’m a terrible coffee snob. I found myself in the underground rave scene in the mid-90s which was a really tight community in Wellington, and I was lucky enough to crew on several large festivals such as (for those of you old enough to remember) The Gathering and Checkpoint Charlie.
I have a background in Event Production – my trade is as a lighting technician and I spent many years working in the Wellington theatre scene and for an Event Production company here in Dunedin where had the privilege of working several stadium shows.
We supported the touring crew and I personally wrangled crews of over 100. It was an amazing industry to learn how to work in a pressure-cooker environment with tight deadlines – with no room for error!
